Sure. Basic engine troubleshooting.
If you don't know where to start, better contact a dealer.
Nothing magic. Need to check spark, fuel and battery if it seems to be turning over slow.

I first thing to always check I the kill switch.

 

The kill switch will cause it to NOT turn over with most all makes and models.
Dash lights OK, horn OK, headlights OK......etc. just won't run the starter. Kill switch.
