You will have to make your own.
2017 was the last year that CB was a factory option.

IF.....you can find one for a '17 or a bit earlier, that might work. Might.

 

I understand I have to make my own. Problem is that all the part numbers need to make antenna has been discontinued. That’s why I’m reaching out to see anyone know where used antenna or parts can be purchased.

 

What kind of CB are you going to attach this TO ?

You need a length of cable with connectors on both ends.
You need a CB antenna.

You should be able to get those parts from a CB shop or even a truck stop maybe.
If there still is a bracket in the back for the second antenna......that's all you need.

 

How’s about a magnetic mounted antenna on a trunk rack? Maybe a CB antenna for a Goldwing would work.
