Tim Taylor would certainly rewire.
I have been hooked on the RT experience ever since I built my own - people who regard three wheels as good for old guys or non-sporty don't have a clue. I find the whole RT experience a blast.
That being said I am looking into getting a used Spyder just as an add-on to the bikes I have now. In reading up on all the electronics I right away have this idea these machines have a bit of safety overkill.
Has anyone tried to bypass at least the startup restrictions?
