Yep right direction.
Tinnermanman - U clip seems to be heading in the right direction.

Thinking I will put these on the inside of the grill, and fill every mount spot. Seemed to be a lot of vacant mounts... And salvage the OEM ones for where and when necessary.

Cheers for that. I found some local to me here in NZ, sort of generic and not an exact match but they do the job.
