I'll be adjusting mine this afternoon in preparation for a group Spyder ryde coming up. Covering the garage floor with an old carpet helps with my ageing knees. I've learnt to not trust petrol station air outlets with low pressure accuracy.

When I push the bike out of its parking spot in the garage, I make sure the rear tire valve is in the correct position for checking the pressure. Around 10 o’clock allows me to check it without going to the floor.

When have to hit the floor, use a piece of carpet to soften the blow and protect these old knees.

Hey gravity sucks. Everything gets pulled down. Look at hair. When it falls it catches to your back and butt on the way down. 😀

I installed the FOBO 2 Bike sensors today, and as expected, getting to the rear tire stem was a real pain. So once I was down on the ground flat on my back, I added air to the rear tire to bring it to 30 lbs, 2 over the recommended amount, which even if some leaks over time should be awhile before I need to add air. And the sensors will allow me to check air pressure before every ride for peace of mind. I also brought the front tires to 2 pounds over the recommended level as well. Riding with 22 front and 30 rear felt perfectly comfortable and fine today.
Thanks for this - I bought the FOBO 2 trike sensors as well. I bought two for my eBike and the interface is great - I can even see it on my Samsung smartwatch! I had a concern about getting access to the rear wheel's stem - I may just have to roll the bike with my wife watching until the stem is visible.

Assuming you have a hard, level surface to park it on............
Turn the ignition ON, turn the parking brake OFF, and then push it forward or back a bit while watching the rear tire.
Don't forget to then put the brake back ON and ignition OFF.
