I have a 2018 CanAm spyder f3s. I had not started it in 3 weeks. Got back and now it won't start. Tried to jump it off but with no success. I turned the key everything turns on, but it sounds as if it is dying. Is this the battery or something electric.

Welcome.
We need a little better explanation.
First, what is TEECEE ?
And what is "it sounds as if it is dying" ??

What was the source of your jump ?
IF a weak battery is the problem, leaving that connected for 30 minutes or so BEFORE trying to start it might help.
Also connecting a charger for a couple of hours might be useful.

The battery can be tested. A simple multi-meter would be helpful.

Welcome to the forum from North Carolina. Glad you decided to join us.
Agree with ER to have the battery checked.

Remove it and take it down to one of the auto parts stores. They will fully charge and load test it. If it is the original battery and you haven’t religiously used a Battery Tender, it might be at the end of its life.

Personally would take it to a couple of auto parts stores. I had a battery checked at three stores and two said it was good and one said bad. Turned out it was good for another two years.

If you do need a new battery. Purchase a quality AGM battery. Buy the type that you install the acid and then perform an activation charge with a battery tender or slow charger.
Who knows how long the batteries that have the acid already installed have sat on the shelves at the manufacturer and the retail store.

I have purchased a few motorcycle batteries at Advance, Oreilly’s, and Auto Zone and they have all lasted 5 years or more. I am diligent with always putting the battery tender on.

every time I turn the ignition, it sounds as if it loses power. I used a small portable jumper. I also left it on charge for 30+ minutes, without a successful start.

Well you need to test your battery and the 4 main connection points.

But I still don't understand what "sounds" you can be hearing when you just turn the ignition ON.
What do the dashboard lights do ?

Or do you really mean that this happens when you push the start button ??

And finally, what is TEECEE ??????
