I rode a spyder with the TBR V.A.L.E.™ DUAL exhaust system w/ juice box fuel controller and found it to be a very noticeable improvement. For me, it seemed to improve from bottom to top and made the throttle very responsive. This is the best mod for a spyder i have ridden yet. I recommend it.
