Purchased a new gauge cluster for my 2009 can-am spyder. The new gauge will not let the bike start, put the old gauge back on, starts right up. Do I have to have the new gauge programmed? Yes, it is the correct gauge set. Would appreciate any input. thank you

Howdy Driver,
I had the same problem about a year ago when I had to replace my gauge cluster in my 2010 RS-S SE5. I had to take my Spyder to a dealer so they could work their "magic" in 'marrying' the cluster and the bike's computer. And your mileage will start from ZERO miles. I thought the computer would remember the total miles and restart from there. I was wrong.
Good luck and drive safe!

Thought they had to program the at the dealers. Wish I knew where you got yours. Ordered and paid for a new one October 11, 2021 and still not here
