I am now on my second rear seat bag now and it is fraying like the other already after about a month or less. After 6 months the other one even though I took it off and left it in the shop when I didn't think I would need it looked old and frayed badly. I showed it to the dealer and he said it was waranteed for a 1 year and gave me another one no questions asked. He looked at the Made in China label when he gavew to to me and said that could explain the lack of quality. I would have thought and apparently he did too the accessories the parent company would sell would be of better quality but they unwisely cut corners on this piece for sure! Shame on them! Bill
