Has anyone with a 2020 RTL being having power problems? My bike started having to be jumped off to get it started and now it seems to have another power problem in that it will not take a jump and when you turn the switch the lights are very dim.

This is a sign of a really, REALLY dead battery.......or a loose main battery cable connection.
If you have a battery charger, try leaving it connected for a few hours.
But the odds are that you need a new battery.

How often are you riding your Spyder? Unless you are riding at least once a week for at minimum an hour each time, you should get a battery maintainer (such as a Battery Tender) and hook it up when not using the Spyder.

Battery has been tested twice and shows as good.
By who and using what kind of test exactly ?
Someone needs to put a meter on the battery and then watch the voltage reading as you try to start it.

What you describe indicates that the voltage is going WAY low, if not at the battery then down the line somewhere.......and a voltmeter is the tool to find out where.

IF the battery itself really is good, then you have a bad main power cable connection OR a BAD short somewhere, possibly the regulator. But you should NOT be replacing any parts based on a wild guess.
The tests to find out where the problem IS are fairly easy for someone with a little electrical experience.

2020 should be under warranty let the dealership figure it out. Ck cables first. Really dead. Battery is hard to bring up with th alternator alone.
