I have a 2015 RT SM6 and have had a problem with the parking brake not releasing. After an hour I called Lamonster's and was told how to disconnect the brake cable. Since I have a manual, I could ride and leave it in gear when parking. The switch started working after a couple days and we reattached the cable. No problems for a month or two then it wouldn't release again so we disconnected the cable again. We took in to the shop and they tried for several days to get it to repeat the problem. They have seen several bikes with this problem and found that the module that controls the parking brake and the power windshield to be the problem on several occasions. Just hoping that Can Am will have a safety recall so I don't have to pay for this. As for now, I'm not using the parking brake.
