I have a 2008 Premier Edition Spyder with 14K & have noticed a slight oil leak & also a coolant leak.
Anyone having a similar problem?
My bike has never been abused or overheated.
Is the oil coming from the airbox?? If so that is very common and you will find a heap of different suggestions to fix it on the forums. Its from the crankcase breather hose and gets worse when you have the oil full or overfull.

With the coolant leak check that the reservoir is not rubbing on the frame. Several people have had leaks from reservoirs that have split due to contact with the frame.

Others have found the coolant hoses rubbing on the radiator frame. Again many comments on the forums. Mind you make sure the coolant cap is on properly and the hose clamps are tight first :)

I have not had any problems with coolany leaks, but I have had my '09 SM5 in about 4 times in the past 2 months for an oil leak. I have to take it in again this week, apparently they think that the oil is coming from the gear position sensor. I'm not sure about this because they are telling me that there is not a seal behind it so something does not make sense to me. We will see though, they want to try putting silicon behind the sensor, I'm not to sure about that.....
