We just picked up our Spyder 3 weeks ago and taking it if for the 600 mi checkup tomorrow. Really enjoying the ride and stability of the Spyder. Have some of the same issues (squeaky brakes and whine) but lovin it. Hopefully have issues addressed tomorrow!

I have some of the same issues too. Brakes stated squeaking 4 days ago. Gas mileage is not good per tank of gas. What kind of average are you getting on your RTS, say at speeds around (55 - 65) give or take a few.

I have the RTS (loaded) with the 2 brothers exhaust.

I guess the squeaking brakes are an issue on spyers.... they roughed up the rotors with steal wool and no more squeak for now.... we'll see. When I picked up the spyder new they said it would get bad mileage till it was broken in, and it did. never really checked it but I'd guess around 25-30ish. I'll check it and get back to ya when it quits raining!

ok after about 750 miles on bike I am getting 31.3 mpg now at about 60-70mph mostly with the wife aboard. total weight of about 320lb. Brakes started squeaking again... everything else is working great!

Did anybody find a solution to the squeaky brake problem?

I am interested also in the sound of the 2 brothers exhaust as I am supposed to pick mine up tomorrow ,I have the RT not the RTS ,was there any issues installing it as i will probably do it myself

Also I was wondering if you had to change the fuel injection when installing the 2 brothers exhaust
