Glad the transition was easy for you.
That 10 year break probably helped.

My transition wasn't so easy......but well worth the effort.

What did you find hard about the switch?
What did you find hard about the switch?
The unstable feeling, side to side, when going in a straight line and on gentle curves.

That problem was mostly rider over-correction but several things helped:
Light grip on the bars.....even just one hand when going straight with no traffic.
Looking DOWN the road, not down AT the road right in front.
(That is a useful skill on any kind of bike.......and even in your car.)
New tires. Not the OEM ones.
Laser alignment.

Of course, by the time I had all of that done, I also had a LOT more time in the seat and I think that is the most important thing.

Welcome to the club, and a very nice ride! We just purchased the same one back in October and love it. I'm sure you're getting some riding in while in AZ, we live in Vegas and ours is my daily driver now as it gets a little better milage than the Jeep Wrangler. :)
