Hi Folks.
I think I introduced myself a few months ago but I've been so busy I've not been on here for a while and can't find any previous Thread.
I have been a biker for over 30 years and in September 2009 I added a Black and Yellow SM5 Spyder to my collection.
My wife and I are keen Tourers and it was our dream to take early retirement, move to Austria and set up a small guest house specialising in biking during the summer.
Well, we are finally about to realise our dream. On 12th April 2010 we will become the owners of Pension Haus Maria , www.pensionhausmaria.com in Ramsau Am Dachstein near to Salzburg in Austria.
This is a huge move for us, a complete change to our previous occupations, a new country and new challenges. We will be up and running for this summers season. I can't wait to start putting the Spyder through its paces in the Alps and Dolomites.
I'll be attending the first Spyder gathering at the Rotax Factory near to Lienz, Austria on 14th & 15th May 2010 and should have my Spyder sign written with the guest house details by then so, if you are going, keep an eye out for me and say hello.
We hope to add another Spyder and a few more bikes to my collection so that we can hire them out to guests, so if you are interested in riding in the Alps, keep an eye on our web site.
