Hey everyone!
I'm based in the UK and am a recent Spyder convert - what brilliant machines!
I still ride two wheels....well, sort of, it's a Yamaha Niken....but I digress.
My ryde is a 2016 Spyder F3S Daytona edition with around 5000 miles covered.
Does anyone have power/flat spot issues that only occur in one gear? In my case it's third gear only. This happens at around 3-4000rpm. Once it hits the powerband at around 5500rpm, it regains the power once more.
The thing is, it pulls strongly in all other gears. If I'm attempting to overtake it's even better to change up to fourth gear, let alone drop it down to second. I'm thinking maybe an ECU issue, but was wondering if anyone else has experienced similar?

Thanks in advance, great forum btw!

Hi Adrian, I have just come across your question and I am having the same issue- I was wondering what you found out and how you resolved the issue. Thanks, mark
