I have an 09 SE5, when I accelerate the engine wants to miss. spudder and occasionally a small backfire. This happens even when driving at highway speeds. I have changed gas and used a different octane to see if that helps. I can't seem to find the cause. I'm wondering if the computer needs to be reset?

I had a sputtering problem and my service guy changed the plugs and told me to be sure and get the engine good and warm before you move it. The plugs foul quickly on a cold engine.

Question: Were you dropping down a gear, or just rolling on the "loud grip"? I'd agree that a plug change is the best chance for a cure to your motor's hiccups. Please let us know if it works.
By the way... does anybody have any suggestions for spark plugs???
