Bushtec currently has a Spyder in their fabrication shop for final fitment of their prototype hitch.
They feel we will be EXTREMELY impressed their finished product as they have incorporated the personality of the machine into a structurally correct and sound design with quick removal and installation (NOT a receiver design).
Their Can-Am Spyder hitch will be frame mount with load distribution at or below the axle centerline for optimum trailer performance. As a point of information, the hitch will NOT be swing arm mounted and will have no impact on the rear suspension performance. They will also have an electrical package to protect the bikes electrics as a component of the hitch system. They will release the product approximately April 1st and said to watch http://www.bushtec.com for release and ordering information.
