I just joined up today. Seems like lots of good info here. Have only had my 2010 RT-S for 2 days and really like it. I was wondering it anyone else is running into my issue. Very intermittant, but the auto trans sometimes will not release the rear wheel when stopping...and kills the engine. I do downshift it to 1st, but it will still lug the motor and kill it. Starts right back up and works fine for 50 more miles. I have not talked to the dealer yet, but know "bugs" may have to work out.

Does it only happen when cold? So it lugs and then quits on the first stop, or the first few stops?? and is then fine for subsequent stops? Almost sounds like it may be dropping to "to low" an idle until it is warmed up...

Hot or cold ....doesn't seem to matter. Very intermittant and has only done it 4 times in 250 miles. When slowing to a stop and I click through the decending gears, all is fine till 1st does not "release" when the rear wheel slows. It's bogs the engine down and kills it. Fires right back up and has released to drive normally again. That breif moment has me looking for a clutch lever to pull in. The dealer will be checking it out when in for the first service.
