2333 dosen't get great milage either. I have been riding for 35 years, and after a time you get a feel for what kind of mileage you can expect out of a bike. After over a year the Spyder continues to surprise me with how fast it goes through a tank of gas. I believe the fact that sixth gear was given up for a powered reverse has a lot to do with it. I am turning 4500 rpm at moderate highway speeds, and that is way too high.
