We have had several Spyders, 08’12’14’ and now this 21’. The ride is fine when the road is smooth or if it’s a pavement bump, the unit handles it fine. If it’s a divot or abrupt drop in pavement it’s like the suspension falls to a solid concrete stop. Harsh enough to give the wife a sore back. Our 14’ I could adjust on the fly on the dash, the 21’ is “automatic” and it’s not right lol. Any Ideaa?

You have only one recourse here.
Go back to the dealer where you bought it first.
If they blow you off, look for a different dealer.

There have been reports of failures and assembly mistakes with the rear suspension on some new models.
Might also want to contact the BRP warranty help line while the dealer has it in the shop.

Keep taking it back until they correct the issue. I have no issues with mine. There have been issues with the dealers putting them together correctly.
