Hello
I had battery on battery tender (connected to + and - terminals inside the frunk) which showed green light and when I hit start button the display screen went blank and front fender lights flash intermittently.

Is this dead battery even though it was on battery tender with green light showing?

Bike also has emergency brake on.

Is there any video or information on where the battery is and what to do?

Yes. Either the battery has failed or there is a loose connection.
You should be able to find the battery by tracing the wires that you use to connect the tender.

IIRC, the battery for that year was under the seat.
If you find the battery and still don't know "what to do", I suggest that a shop visit would be in order.
