I just bought a 2012 Spyder RT Limited with a Semi-automatic transmission. When I put it in gear I get somewhat of a clanking sound when it goes into gear. Also when I'm shifting on the road I can also hear the clanking sound sometimes. Is this something I should be concerned about or is this normal. Thanks

The clanking sound when going from neutral to first gear is normal, they all do that.

And/or when going into reverse the first time after starting.
Also when shifting occasionally. All normal.

You can minimize the clunk when up shifting by doing that at a steady throttle.

Had a 2012 Spyder RT limited for a few years now. Mine always does that. Hasn’t been a problem so far. Had a new Harley Superglide that did the same thing. Rode it for years, no problems.
