2011 RT. Won't start. Instrument cluster goes nuts when key is turned on.
Can anyone tell me what's going on?

Battery going dead......or a loose main battery cable connection.
A voltmeter is needed to get any good ideas.

Thanks. Did just that. Turned out to be a fuse.
