Hi All,

Forty-four years on 2 wheels, barely 2 weeks on 3! That "age thing" reared its ugly head and my most-significant-other convinced me it was time to "upgrade" if she was going to continue to ride with me. Didn't take much - I've been curious about these things for a long time and fell in love with the Spyder RTL almost soon as I saw it in the dealership.

Picked the bike up a couple of Saturdays ago, and have slowly been getting accustomed to it. I can already see a ton of advantages with 3 wheels. Looking forward to some good times and long trips on this thing!

I've seen mentioned on this site and others, something about a rider safety/training class for three wheelers. Not sure if these are BRP sponsored or just the standard MSF sponsored classes that seem to concentrate on 2 wheeled bikes. My limited searches have all ended with "COVID-cancelled" results. My MSO had no interest in getting her motorcycle endorsement, but seems very willing to learn to ride the Spyder. I'm thinking that's a good thing! So, I'm looking for a most basic beginners class sort of thing. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Y'all stay safe!

Age is just a number. Your passion for riding surpassed my age. Hope to see you on the road. Stay safe!

Search for MSF and try to contact the coordinator in your city or state.
