G'Day from down under.

How's it hanging folks,
I take delivery of my new orange F3 Ltd on the 26th of February, so I have something to get all excited about. Having an Australian made tow hitch fitted which is rated at 230kg and not fitted to the swing arm. Apparently tows a heap better than any off the swing arm hitch.
The first project will be to replace the exhaust system with a Lamonster pipe and that new triple Akroprovic muffler/ silencer. In Australia the Akroprovic will cost me $1700 AUD. Bloody expensive but I think Akroprovic have all the mufflers used on Spyders only available through Can Am. Don't you hate it when they corner the market so you are sure to be screwed over by them?
Oh well such is life.
I live in Southern Tasmania which is a large island and part of Australia for those who are not sure. Not a lot of Spyder riders here but I wanted the Spyder to use for touring and to tow a camper trailer. I think it's going to be a lot of fun. I sure hope so.
Being all new to Spyders I'm open to advice on what to do or not do etc. Anyone planning to tour Australia I'm pleased to help in any way I can. I have a friend in Cotton California. I sure hope I can visit him one day in the not too distant future. I'd love to tour the US. Not big on cities. I like the country and country folk best.
Cheers for now
