Hello all, just registered on the site and have had the 2018F3 T Spyder for about a month. Love it ! I live in South Carolina, so riding year round is an option. I am coming off a Honda VTX 1800 motorcycle so I have a few things to get used to. No front brake lever, semi auto transmission, and no need to put feet down at stop signs are a few! No big deal so far and I really like the Spyder. I am looking forward to getting it on the Blue Ridge Parkway soon! I am also looking forward to sharing stories and learning more about the Spyder from seasoned riders.

In my experience, the transition from 2 wheels to 3 is more of a problem than most people think.
It certainly was for me.

I suggest that you need at least several months and a lot of miles in the seat BEFORE you go out and run high speeds on a freeway OR hot-dog "the twisties" at speed.

Had over 50 yrs . on two and I still ride one of my bikes on occasion , took about 6 months to adjust before even attempting the 60 mph speeds on our Canadian 4 lane Highways. It was certainly tougher than I had imagined, Easy Rider has it right, take it slow.
