possible purchase

72 Year old considering a spyder.
Current ride is a 2013 yamaha xvs 1300 deluxe.
Had 14 bikes in 15 years.
Had one trike Burgman 650 with a voyager kit ( drove like a tank-actually worse)

This forum is full of info.

Do an extensive test ride.

It is an ENTIRELY different experience and about half or more of what your body learned on 2 wheels doesn't apply.

If you can, test a classic trike too (two wheels in back).
You can do a conversion on almost any 2 wheeled bike for about $14,000.
