Might want to find out ahead of time what State agency handles the administration of the Lemon laws.

I'm going to. I got an email from BRP tonight saying they won't refund or replace. I replied with the states Lemon law. Since BRP has a presence here in the U.S. and must follow our laws. I spoke to my lawyer and he said to stop all communication with them and I will get a full refund!

The bike did get repaired. The dealer replaced the entire system again. They found a release valve that failed. It inturned cased the air pump to burn out. The computer reading no pressure would time out probably causing the pump to fail. But, my lemon law case continues. I have to be reimbursed for the loss of use as well as the aggravation of the weeks it took to repair.
