This is SOOOOOO sad.
The auto industry went through this about 20 years ago when they first started trying to integrate dashboard functions with smart phone apps and it took about 5 years to see any significant improvements. To this day, some phones don't work with some vehicles and the car maker and phone maker just points the finger at each other.
Keep putting pressure on your dealer.
If somebody needs to contact BRP for help, it should be THEM, not you.
The really sad part is that there might not BE a fix available right now.
A really LOT of owners of '18 models are having similar problems.
