You can also back off the adjusting nuts on the parking brake cable at the back so that you can at least ride again. Make sure you carry some blocks and leave it in gear so it doesn’t roll away.
The bike will roll even if left in gear because when you turn it off is the same as when you are stopped. Even in first gear the bike can roll and it's only when you give it gas that the clutch is engaged. So good idea about the chocks. Harbor Freight has collapsable ones.
