This is my first time using this forum. I purchased a new 2019 Spyder F3T this past May. I routinely (every couple of weeks) need to add air to the rear suspension. I set it to 60psi, and after a couple of weeks it may be 50psi. I have never had anything on any other vehicle lose that much air in two weeks. Help.

I would look at taking it into the dealer to have your issue addressed under warranty.

THIS.
You have never had a system similar to this on any other vehicle......probably.
Definitely a warranty visit is in order.

It might be temperature sensitive.

air compressor

My (2014 RT-S) air compressor for rear suspension quit working, has anyone replaced theirs with a Viair 98C Compressor, the orginal one would cycle on and off every time we would come to a stop which is normal I guess but mine was really loud , now it quit working and on the dash, it says (manual) when I push the suspension button to set the ride. Thanks Gary

Not normal at all, I think.

But I would be uneasy about putting on a different compressor without knowing if it is 100% compatible.

I don't understand the question.

The valve stem under the seat IS connected to the air bag.....but I don't know how directly.

Are you really asking how to convert the system over to manual operation......and bypass the compressor ??

I don't remember seeing that discussed before.......on any Spyder forum.

You might be on your own here.
Find the hose to the shrader valve.
Find the hose to the air bag.
Figure out how to connect the two.

I replaced my compressor in my 2012 RT with a Viair 97C in June and it has worked like a champ ever since. Also had to put a couple ounces of Green Slime in the bag because I had a leak. Must say it was a real pain repair for an old man like me. If the compressor ever goes out again, I think I will simply put in a new airline from the schrader valve to the bag and fill it manually. However I did put some quick connects in the wiring harness to make a change out of the compressor easier next time
