Oil blowby?

Hi everyone, im new to the forum as well as to the Spyder family.

I just purchased a 2010 Spyder RS SM5 that supposedly had blown heads. However without removing the heads and doing some research and inspecting the bike I dont believe its the heads but i could be wrong.

What i found:
- Smokes out tail pipe when trying to start (wont actually run)
- Puddle of oil in airbox
- Air filter full of oil
- Oil tank EMPTY
- Oil all over rear of engine and the plastic under the spyder
- Coolant is clean and full

Im assuming the previous owner didnt do the maintenance on time, and maybe the blowby goto be to much and the filter is only sucking oil and not enough air to start?? Im hoping someone else had a similar problem or info, im HOPING its not the rings or the heads.

What do you guys thing?

Well, given the evidence that you supplied, my guesses would be:

Head gasket
Blown piston
Broken rod.....and hole in engine case

Sounds like it is WAY beyond simple blow-by.
