Cool CanAm Mufflers

I am looking for advice on what slip on muffler anyone has tried out there. I would like to have my CanAm Spyder louder for safety reasons and am wondering if someone has one they can recommend.

Thanks!!

"Loud pipes save lives" is a LIE.

Loud pipes just piss people off and make you look bad.
In addition, messing with the pipes is illegal everywhere in the US.......even though it is seldom enforced.

Do yourself a favor and leave the pipes alone.
Bigger mirrors and more lights will do a LOT more for your safety.

I've seen Two-Brothers and Ackropovic on the bikes. And hey, some people just like a better deeper sound than the stock muffler.

Consider an HMF pipe for your Spyder. I installed one on my 2014 STS SE6. Sounds great, not as loud as the others you mentioned and will save you some $$$. You can select from several color schemes and it is one of the few systems that doesn't require upgrading to electronic fuel mixture. Look up HMF Racing to access th

Too Much Noise

If Can Am wanted more sound they would create there own mufflers to suit the machines engineering. I agree with Easy Rider, loud pipes don't save lives, visibility and defensive driving are the answer. Rode 55 yrs. never had a loud piece of junk under me. If you don't know what the impression loud pipes makes on people ask your neighbors how they appreciate the loud bike in the evening and early morning. Need I say more.

I know firsthand. Two women said they like it if a motorcycle is a little loud. If they don't see you they HEAR you. Do what makes you happy and save your old parts you can always go back.
