Easy Does It, Patience

Rode 2 wheels 55 yrs, dirt and highway, after riding motorcycles, training western horses, my left knee has changed my ride choice, I still ride a Suzuki SV 650 and most of the time on my 2015 F3 SM6 . To make a long story short, it took some time to adjust, dealers advice was , easier if you know how to ride snowmobile. which was not the case. Now I know what to expect when dealing with traffic stupidity. Easy rider, as you said , advice is difficult, sometimes negative , if your trying to explain something that is so easy for you , that seems to be so hard for others to grasp.

Good Luck To All New Riders , Patience Is The Key

It is an awesome ride. If you do not have the 3 wheel CanAm class available to you, watch some YouTube videos and take her out on side streets or empty parking lot to practice! Took me a few days to get really comfortable. Not looking back! Good Luck! Welcome to the Family. Join the Girls on Spyders Facebook group too!!!
I am now on three wheels, 2018 CamAm F3 LTD. Black and chrome. I rode Harley’s of all models for decades. Now retired and balance is not as good as it had been. Enrolled and completed the two-day CanAm riding class before I bought.

Good Things About CanAm
No problem keeping up with fellow HD, BMW riders
Seat is comfortable - no reason to change
Front lights bright
Entertainment center at best okay

What I don’t like
No counter steering
No meaningful leaning
Missing the foot shifter and the hand break
No highway pegs

It is what it IS. It is NOT a motorcycle.

Leaning can be meaningful. It can keep you from being thrown off the high side under some circumstances.

Your other dislikes are fixable.....with enough money.

I too thought I got the wrong model with the paddle shifters........but now I LOVE it.
It did take some time and practice though.
