Hi Virginia riders. I'm from down in the central part of NC, between Greensboro and Charlotte, and folks down here don't seem to be much for joining or getting togather. If any of you plan on having a get togather sometime in the southern tier of VA, I'd like to ride up and meet with you.
I'm still getting used to my SE5 RT and have close to 2K on it now. Seems to get better every time I ride. My biggest issue has been the radiator heat and I've added the Spyerpop shield and catalytic shields and a couple other minor mods that have helped a lot. I have a Utopia backrest on order but am uncertain whether it will do what I want it too. Meanwhile I've stuffed a round leather bag that lays behind me and serves as pretty good support.
Did it, bought a blue RT last evening!!! We now have 2 SPYDERs. I thought I was to short for the RT but it's a lot different riding they sitting. I feel in love with the SES. Yep, hubby is getting my 2009 SMS and I'm riding the RT.
Hope to see a group forming soon.
