Hullabaloo Diner is one of the few registered, authentic diners in the state of Texas.

The Diner has been featured on the Food Network's popular series Diners Drive-Ins & Dives with Guy Fieri.

This should be a great experience, looking forward to it

Rolling out 9:30am Katy, Tx I-10 and Fry Road at the 59 Diner Next to SAMS.

Can't make the ride (I'm in Tennessee) but just a comment on Diners, Drive-In's and Dives - one of my favorite shows. Along with myself, my wife and two daughters like it as well. One of our dreams is to take 3 or 4 weeks and hit as many of them as we can. We would use Guy's book as a guide. However with the economy the way it is that may not be possible and I don't see it turning around anytime soon. We could always just hit the ones we could reach in 2-3 days. We would be on our 2 and 3 wheel modes of transport of course. David
