Default Can-Am Spyder Dual Merge Slip-On Exhaust from Two Brothers

The DUAL Merge Collector Slip-On Exhaust system from Two Brothers features the company’s proprietary Variable Axis Locking Exhaust (V.A.L.E.) that creates a solid-mount exhaust requiring no springs to keep it in place. The dual mufflers on this system provide a deep, throaty tone for your Can-Am Spyder. This is the result of the thinwall stainless steel core that is wrapped is a spiral manner and finished at either end with CNC-machined end caps. At the business end of the mufflers, you’ll find die-cast magnesium tips that are coated in Teflon and give the Two-Brothers exhaust its distinctive look.

We have these available with polished aluminum, carbon fiber or titanium muffler sleeves. Get one by calling TJ at 866.931.6644 ext 817. You can also email us for shipping and availability – send those to TJ at RIDERSDISCOUNT dot COM with the subject line CANAM TWO BROS.

Everything needed for installation is included in the box. This exhaust has titanium outer sleeves.

The large internal diameter of the mufflers will flow a lot of air. The gold aluminum bolts that hold the end cap on can be replaced with those of a different color in a separate kit that is available from Two Brothers.

CNC-machined end cap requires no springs to mount the muffler to the included midpipe …

… here are the brackets that mate the muffler to the midpipe.

With the purchase of a P1 Power Tip, the exhaust’s sound can be attenuated 3-4db should you find the system too loud for your liking.

CNC-machined exhaust hanger brackets.

Carbon fiber mufflers installed.
