Default New guy from NY

Hi everybody! I'm a long time motorcycle rider but decided to get off two wheels in favor of something more stable Last week I found & bought an '09 SM5 blk./red. I got in one short ride. I say short because in my excitement to get it out on the blacktop (after returning home from the DMV with my new registration) I forgot to bolt the plate on and had to skee-daddle back home before the cops got me!! Then we got 1 1/2 feet of snow and the fun stuff came to a halt!!

Anyhow, I'm happy to be here and look forward to discussing 'Spyder Things' with everybody!

Danny

Hiya Danny! Welcome to our little slice of the pie!
I think that the snow has put a kink in a lot of people's plans for late-season rydes...
...But hope springs eternal and warmer weather is forecast!

Now that's just mean... But I'll remember it next summer when we can go outside without fear of spontaneous combustion...

Did you ever notice that us northeastern guys never harrass the guys in the 'Blister Belt' when they're going up in flames left & right?

Why is that?

Thanks for the welcome guys!

Yeah, I agree! One option that is definitely gonna get exercised is that Big Indian to Grahamsville run, probly come down from the top into Phonecia, a right and a left and I'm on one of the top 10 best rides in the country.

Missed it by about 10 miles this summer, never even knew it was there!
