Well it does make perfect sense... Just fool the motor into thinking that it's a bunch colder outside, and it'll richen up the mix. I've noticed that every year with my truck; 18.5 mpg in the Summer, and 16.5 in the Winter... (NOT that I ever took the time to epxeriment with what that extra fuel was doing to the horsepoiwer that was available!
