Who offers a aftermarket diagnostic tool? No room for the road side mechanic without?

Who is developing a aftermarket diagnostic tool for the tuners out here, and road side mechanics. I just spoke to a BRP rep about my future ownership issue when I am transferred to Nebraska, and the closet dealer will be 400 miles away one way. I have a 09 SE5 that while have issue get repaired, Not because I can not fix it but I can not rest the ECU, and read trouble codes.
