I am 320lbs and the only problems I notice is during sharp curves. You really need to watch your speed in corners not excessive speed either. With a passenger you must be very cautious in turns. In my case the steering becomes hard to turn and i fight with it to do what i want.

Unless you plan on traveling faster than 100mph there is plenty power in the motor.

The rear spring and shock are rated for a 200lbs rider...figure that one out. (test riders)

Suspension setup: Front springs set to third position and rear set to the fourth position or one down from max.

Mine came set in the middle or position 3 on all springs. I set the rear to 4 to adjust for my weight. When the spring was set to the highest the bike rode hard. Fell like the shock was not working at that position

There is a weight limit of 440 so says the owners manual. I am not that much but I am 6' and weigh a bit. I have had no problems in corners or nothing because of my weight. I just lean into the corners and it crusies through nicely. I doubt I could ever carry a passenger far, but thats ok
