Default Juice Box Pro- Spyder Maps and temp problems

The Juice Box comes with 3 preloaded maps for the Spyder. Does any one have, or have heard of anyone making new maps. I am hoping to find/build something that would improve gas mileage and deal with how hot the bike gets during the summer. The settings I am currently using have improved the engine performance drastically, while leaving the mpg between 27-30 per tank.

The only other solution for the temperature problem (that I can think of) is putting a fan behind the oil cooler. Big Sky Fans was a suggestion I received, but wanted to get some opinions before I went that route.
