Default Ticking sound from left front wheel area???

I just purchased a 2010 white rss and I love it!! My only issue is I hear a ticking type of sound that seems to be coming from the left front wheel area. It happens after the bike warms up and it's not constant but only happens while riding, not during braking or at a stop. Is this normal? I'm putting a Leo Vince exhaust on next week so I'm sure I won't be able to hear the ticking anymore but Id like to figure out what it is. Thanks!!

possible wheel bearing fault or brake pad fault ....... may just need the brake pads cleaned out. or if a wheel bearing need a new wheel bearing

If it was my bike, I think that I'd jack up the front and pull that wheel off... get and air hose and put some high pressure air down around the caliper and pads to clean things out... The rotors are drilled, so you might be hearing something as the pads pass over the holes that are in them...
Beyond that... ask the dealer at the 600 mile break-in service.
