Default RT passenger handgrips

I just purchase a 2011 RT and my wife can't reach the handles because she has short arms. Is there extensions to add to them?

I have not seen anything specifically made for the RT passenger hand grips. You may find some sort of a safety grip that you can attach to the factory grips.

I agree... Something like a handle that you'd hook to a rollbar on a Jeep maybe...

my goodness how short is your wife? mine is 5'1" and has no problems reaching them

as a matter of fact when we put the Corbin armrests on she needs to actually sit higher to reach far enough over them to reach the hand grips.

The only time she actually holds on to them is when we are cornering, but maybe that's because she has never used the stock arm rests as we found when we were reseaching the bike that she had to put her arms in an ockward position and with the Corbins she is kinda "locked" in behind me so no reason to hang on the grips all the time
