finally all that's left to do is the seat which will be next spring if all works out

here is a little teazer of what it's going to look like outside at night.

This is in the garage as the weather sucked today so it's too close to reall get the whole effect, but what the heck

I fear that you'll need to learn the hard way that these types of projects are NEVER done...

But it IS looking great!!!

yeah I guess I should have said that the BIG EXPENSIVE stuff is done

"Years ago in a Galaxy far away" I started out with a 1983 Gold Wing Interstate... The last year of the 1100 engine...
By the time I thought I was done with it I had added DOUBLE the value of the original bike in lights, chrome and gold trim and accessories...

I rode it up to the Americade convention and it was one of about 5000 "nice-looking" 'Wings... sold it later that summer!

Tis amazing how fast the farkles can add up for the goldwing. I finally quit keeping track of the amount lest the wife might find out....LOL All the chrome , lights and other stuff didn't make one bit of diff in the handling either.....but it did look good until time to clean then became a chore.
