well they found a bunch of error codes which was good. it showed I am NOT nuts

so they are replacing the plugs with the new irrdium ones and replacing the plug wires..
so hopefully it will cure the problems

There's a guy on another site working on building a set of plug wires that are much higher-quality than the OEMs... When they become available I'll pop for them and let you know what happens.

I was talking to our parts guy here and we agree that finding anyone or anything new up here is really hard.. that's why we rely on you guys down south to find and test stuf for us..

Well you know us... We all come equipped with a suitable lack of common sense!
Getting the proper ends seems to be the big issue. One fellow has tracked it down and is paring them up with real nice, thick cabling that could stand up to what a power plant could force-feed down it's throat!
