Now you've got me curious... What color are they are where exactly are they sticking out from?
Which model Spyder do you have again??? I've got an RT A&C and I'll take a peek under the seat this morning to see what I see...

If it's on the leift side of the bike in the rear and sort of opposite where the brake reservoirs are, it plugs into the seat right above the area where those wires poke up through... I think that they might have something to do with the brake apportioning valve...

Dave hit it on the head! If you've got a passenger on the back, that sensor will tell the brake system that more bias can be dialed rearward to allow for more ultimate braking effectiveness...
So if it's not hooked to anything... tell your dealer to hook it to something! There should be a plug pretty much right above where it pops up through that panel.

The wires go to a pressure disk under the rear passenger seat that tells the computer to add more breaking because there is another passenger if the disk is missing you won't know until you remove the lifting cylinder from the seat and flip the seat all the way up to see if it is there. Dave was on target what it was.
