Have 2010 Spyder RT SM5. I want to pull my Champion trailer which is smaller and lighter than the CanAm 622.
All hitch listings include the 'control module'. I assume that since BRP purchased a BMW K model and after stripping it of the ABS and related electrical/electronics equipment before selling it back to the dealer, the Spyder may be using similar electronics which prevent tapping into the tail light, turn signal and brake light wires.
I have built my own hitch but now I need a control module. Any suggestions?
