Headlight Relay

Has anyone had any issues with the relay fuses, specifically to the radiator fan and headlight fuses?

I have a 2008 SR with 1,400 miles and I'm having headlight issues with the headlight not coming on. Being the radiator fan and headlight fuses are identical, I've changed them, but I'm not getting any success with the issue.

Initially, the headlights don't come on when the bike is started up, however a few quick up and down shiftings usually do the trick, but I like to see where I'm going at night before pulling into traffic on some dark Arizona streets.

Sounds to me you have a loose connection at the relay socket or the wire coming from the socket, try wiggling the relay while lights are on and see what happens

The relays are known to vibrate loose over time. Pull then reseat all relays. There should be a small peace of foam that helps press down on the relays.
